Refund Policy

1. Summary

Because a sponsorship provides a direct outbound link and is a digital service consumed at point of payment, refunds are not automatic. Refunds are granted only in the specific circumstances listed below.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

2.1 Before admin approval (full refund)

If your sponsorship request has not yet been approved by our admin team, you may cancel it from your member center and receive a full refund of $99 USD. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).

2.2 After rejection by admin (full refund)

If we reject your sponsorship request, we will automatically refund the full $99 USD to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.

2.3 Duplicate charge

If you were charged more than once for the same sponsorship (for example because of a network error), contact us at support@aimodelshub.top and we will refund the duplicate within 5 business days.

3. When You Cannot Get a Refund

• After admin approval. Once your sponsorship is approved, the link has been changed on the Site and the service has been substantially performed. The fee is non-refundable.
• For dissatisfaction with third-party services. We do not refund because you are unhappy with the sponsored brand / provider / tool itself, its product, or its service.
• For SEO / traffic outcomes. We do not guarantee any search-engine ranking, referral traffic, or business outcome from the direct link.

4. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content or services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

By submitting a sponsorship and proceeding to payment, you explicitly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the sponsorship is approved.

5. How to Request a Refund

1. Before approval: open your member center and click "Cancel" on the sponsorship.
2. After rejection: no action needed — refunds are automatic.
3. For duplicate charges or other issues: email support@aimodelshub.top with your account email and the sponsorship ID.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of the refund request. After initiation, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution (typically 7–14 business days). Creem-initiated refunds are governed by Creem's processing timelines.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will not apply retroactively to sponsorships already paid before the change.
