• Sponsorship data: the brand / provider / tool you sponsor, payment reference, and the note you optionally include.
• Support correspondence: messages you send us.

• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer, and pages visited.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To process sponsorship requests and to notify our admin team of new submissions.
• To send you transactional emails (account, sponsorship status updates).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle the $99 USD one-time sponsorship fee. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers.

• Creem — payments are processed by Armitage Labs OÜ and are subject to the Creem Privacy Policy. Creem receives your name, email, billing address, the charge amount, and your payment instrument token.

When a sponsorship is approved, we record a public "sponsored" flag on the item page so that the brand's outbound website link can be served as a direct (non-/go), dofollow link.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (Creem) — to charge the sponsorship fee.
• Email service providers — to deliver transactional and notification emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the Site.
• Law enforcement or regulators — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law.

5. Cookies

6. Data Retention

• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Sponsorship records: kept for at least 7 years for tax and audit purposes (or longer if required by law).
• Server logs: typically 30 days.
