Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the paid sponsorship features.

2. Account

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@aimodelshub.top.

3. The Sponsorship Service

3.1 What sponsorship is

A sponsorship is a one-time fee as displayed on our Pricing page during checkout that, after our admin team verifies payment and approves the request, changes a brand / provider / tool's outbound website link on the Site so that it is served as a direct link (without the /go redirect and with dofollow) on every page where the item appears.

3.2 What sponsorship is NOT

• Not an endorsement or guarantee of accuracy of the sponsored entity's product or claims.
• Not a guarantee of search-engine ranking, traffic, or any specific business outcome.
• Not a license to use our trademarks or logo beyond the explicit link placement described above.
• Not a refundable deposit (see Refund Policy).

3.3 Submission and review

1. You submit a sponsorship request through your member center.
2. You complete the $99 USD payment via Stripe or Creem.
3. Our admin team reviews the request (usually within 3 business days).
4. On approval, the item is flagged as sponsored and the link is changed. On rejection, you are notified and a refund is initiated per our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Taxes

The sponsorship fee is $99 USD. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added by the payment processor at checkout based on your billing address.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit sponsorships for items you do not own or are not authorised to sponsor.
• Use bots, scripts, or fraudulent payment instruments.
• Attempt to circumvent our review or rating systems.
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, the underlying data, and our trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. The items shown on the Site (brand / provider / tool names, logos) remain the property of their respective owners. A sponsorship grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to have your item's outbound link displayed as a direct link on the Site; it does not transfer any ownership.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or a sponsorship at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or if required by law. Where lawful, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to cure.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR PROCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of China, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or by email. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
